Hi everyone, I thought I would start my first blog with an update about everything that has happened so far…...
Fiona J Croucher, Celebrant was officially launched when my website went live at the beginning of February 2026. I am currently a wedding celebrant, and I am also about to complete my funeral celebrancy accreditation. This will then be followed by naming accreditation, so please watch this space….
My website is fabulous. I’ve had some great feedback about how it looks, the content and how easy it is to navigate. I love the colours and how user friendly it all is. Thank you to www.evolveyour.digital for my amazing logo and website design and ongoing support and encouragement
I’ve been working with a brilliant print partner https://printcrew.co.uk/ to create some fabulous materials around my work as a wedding celebrant. This included a roller banner, business cards and other pieces of key information. The documentation is really well designed and creates a very professional image, which all helps when creating that all important first impression.
I attended my first wedding fayre on 22nd February and really enjoyed myself. I had a great time talking with many couples and their families, check out some of these photos
The new documentation was available to everyone I spoke with and it felt really good to be able to present them with some key information, to take home and read later. It was great to tell people about my journey and my business and I couldn’t help but feel really happy and excited about it all.
One point that kept on coming up at wedding fayres, and in general conversations elsewhere, was that not many people knew about wedding celebrants. People seemed to recognise the role of a funeral celebrant, but didn’t always think celebrants did weddings too; blog no 2 will focus on that.
I have got several wedding fayres booked throughout the year. At the time of my blog, I currently have 4 weddings confirmed, which I’m looking forward to very much. “My couples” are all amazing and are very different – I cannot wait to craft for them, their very special and precious wedding ceremony.
